Return Policy

30 Day Return Policy insists on outstanding quality, value and service. Within 30 days, we guarantee that every item we sell will give you complete satisfaction or you may return it for a full refund. After 30 days, the item will be evaluated and accepted for exchange or repair due to manufacturer's defects only. Original shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable, except in the case of manufacturer's defects.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of the manufacturer's defects. If an order is cancelled or refused, a 15% restocking fee, or $4.75 per item, whichever is greater will be accessed if the order has shipped.  If the order was shipped internationally and refused, there is a 20% or $6.25 per item restocking fee, whichever is greater.  Shipping costs will not be refunded if the item has already been shipped.  All items must be in their original packaging and must be unused to be returned.  For some products, due to hazardous material regulations, any returned good must be destroyed.  If the product was returned due to change of heart, there will be an additional fee charged to the customer for these disposal costs.

Delivered Shipments Not Received by Customer

In the event that the delivery company (UPS, Fedex, USPS) makes the delivery of your order to the address indicated and that order is never received.  You will need to file a claim with the delivery company.  In some instances, you may need to file a police report for the missing items. will not be liable for replacing or refunding your order once it has been delivered to the ship to address.

Returning a Purchase

Mail your purchase back with the original invoice included with your shipment or obtain a return merchandise authorization number by calling 872.256.1310 or simply contact us via e-mail. Please allow 14 business days from the day you return your package for your return to be credited or exchange made. If you no longer have the return form, please send your package prepaid and insured to the following address:

We will provide you with the correct address to send your return to at the time you request an RMA#.

Be sure that the return form and label or the RMA number is clearly displayed on the outside of your package. Also make sure to include your name, address are displayed as in the example above.

All packages that do not either display a RMA number or a return form and label will be refused and sent back to the sender at the senders expense.

Please note that all returned products that have been opened or partially used are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
